I think one thing I have seen many do on Curse of the Nornbear because of the same problem is not to bring any monks with you. If you bring enough damage you can manage to kill the Nornbear.

Bring BiP (blood is power) and use it on one of the nearby norn. Flag your heroes off near the mandragor before saccing so they don't bother resurrecting you.

I got it all down, still doing the great lava turkey on the normal way which is also pretty fast. But I tried to do it according the video, but my enchantments are gone when I am half way. Must be doing something wrong but haven't stopped to think about it.

Are you disabling all of the upkeep enchantments and casting them on yourself manually? Heroes will end upkeep spells if they feel like it. You also need 13 in Protection Prayers I believe for Protective Bond to cost only 3 energy split 3 ways ends up costing them only 1 energy per hit. Anything lower then 13 protection will end up draining all of their energy and breaking all of the enchantments.

Wasn't something similar like this done for Droks running and Anerf killed it? While I'm gonna be sure to give it a go. I can't see the powers that be letting this slide as it rises in popularity. I mean they killed Luxon AFK farming for pete's sake that provided nothing of value to the player other than faction. And you know the QQer's will eventually come out the woodwork saying how this isn't how the game was intended to be played.

droks running was abuse of 1 skill mainly - unyielding aura which anet had a major flaw with , it could rez at any distance - even start of a map ( you ) and dunkoro at other end nr exit.
The current bit where you die and heros do the work isnt as flawed - ok it can do several quests etc but if heros fail and die you have a long way to go again when team rez.
Heros dont activate rez shrines also.

what happens if we consider doing more than one additionnal missions ?
for exemple,

let's compare to what we get from a full speed book

For present standard speedbooking we complete 3 missions, get 8 filled pages and matching reward of 3k rep. points, in 16min.
Imagine you decide to complete 8 more missions taking 16min each ! You then get 30k rep. points in : 16+8*16=144min.

So you get 10x more rep. points, for less than 10x time.
Your first missions are done in record times, but thanks to non-linear rewards you can complete more of them for more rewards in more time.

Now for your next tries, a shortcut to check if your times are worth it.
So let's say you try a 3 mission speedbooking and you personnally need X mins
If you find a way to complete 8 more missions aswell in less than X/3000*30k= X*10 mins, you better do that.
If you find a way to complete 7 more missions aswell in less than X/3000*22,500= X*7.5 mins, you better do that.
If you find a way to complete 6 more missions aswell in less than X/3000*18,000 = X*6 mins, you better do that.
If you find a way to complete 5 more missions aswell in less than X/3000*15,000 = X*5 mins, you better do that.
If you find a way to complete 4 more missions aswell in less than X/3000*12,000 = X*4 mins, you better do that.
If you find a way to complete 3 more missions aswell in less than X/3000*9,000 = X*3 mins, you better do that.
If you find a way to complete 2 more missions aswell in less than X/3000*6,000 = X*2 mins, you better do that.
If you find a way to complete 1 more mission aswell in less than X/3000*4,500 = X*1,5 mins, you better do that.
If you find a way to complete 0 more missions aswell in less than X/3000*3,000 = X*1 mins, you better do that.

Filling whole book is obviously more rewarding and is proportionnally allowing more time.
Now i don't know required time for every missions (on their speedy/gimmick completion version).

It's difficult to get exact numbers on completion times from screen shots.
I figured it would be worth a shot doing 10 HM books to gain 30k rep and time the entire process. This includes build swapping, zoning etc.

My final time was 85 minutes. Could have been a tad faster if I did it perfectly, but I did mess up a few times.
Additionally, I think I was a bit lucky with the spawns in ATFH as I had only 1 instance where 2 deeds spawned.
I cannot prove anything.. I only did it to satisfy my own curiosity. Just posting the info on here FYI.
I think anyone would be able to get times like this after you familiarize yourself with the information available and become proficient.

NOTE: Was done using the hero builds posted on the PvXwiki page for hero speedbooking (thx epicfail86, great builds & write-up).

Since Shadow Form has been nerf, time to give this a little bump.

My best time have been(all times rounded up ofc, screenshots coming):
3 minutes for CotNB
3 minutes for AtC
1 minute for ATFH

My worst
4 minutes for CotNB,
3 for ATC
1 for ATFH

I think this is about my average after doing 10 books, maybe a little bit less.

PI = Pain inverter, and yes much much quicker than any solo build. The any/sin with 3 monk heroes is about the same speed.
